Ukrainian Sour Cabbage

1 very large Cabbage

6 carrots peeled

2 TBSP Sugar

2TBSP salt

Cut (or mince) into lengthwise pieces. Discard exterior dark green leaf from cabbage.

Squeeze cabbage until juicy. While squeezing add salt and sugar.
